Calgary Adds Large Amount of Non-Lethal Weapons

For now, Chief Roger Chaffin is looking at projectiles meant for pain compliance but acknowledges that bean bag type guns “are not silver bullets” and have many shortcomings. The department is prepared to spend $360,000 on the rollout.
