Following an investigation by the Chicago Tribune regarding the Chicago Police Departments’s reliance on Tasers, the city of Chicago is rewriting the rules for how police use the stun gun.

According to Fox News, the new rules state that “police are now deterred from using stun guns on people who are running away, intoxicated, or vulnerable to injury.”
