MESA, ARIZONA – A mother found a stranger sitting in her car and refusing to leave. She said he also grabbed her 4 year old daughter, leaving bruises.  Police said the suspect was 43 year old Joe Haskie who lives in the same complex as the woman and daughter. Police fired non-lethal bean bag rounds and deployed a taser then took him into custody. Haskie was charged with aggravated assault, attempt to commit kidnapping, attempt to commit theft, and drug possession.
