A French man burst into flames after police used a Taser to subdue him.  The flames were sparked by the Taser crossing paths with tear gas that was also being sprayed on the subject.

The video was filmed in July, 2013, but has not been seen until this week when unknown individuals posted it on Facebook and Twitter.
