Google Is Testing A Technology To Locate 911 Callers Faster

The company Digital Trends provided multiple call centers in Florida, Texas, and Tennessee with access to their data to test the efficiency of the technology.
The system works by locating callers via Wi-Fi, cell tower information, and GPS. What we use now that only utilizes cell tower location with some assistance from GPS.
The results of this testing show that Google technology is effective at locating callers at a much shorter radius.
