A Georgia man has passed away outside of a jail in Barrow County last Saturday.

Charles Williams was detained by police for charges of battery and cruelty to children. After being detained, he allegedly began to fight with police and produced damage to their patrol car.

It is unclear what exactly happened after Williams was brought to the jail. The story is still under investigation.
