Sioux City, Iowa – A man was taken into custody after a standoff with police involving suicide threats.  The suspect had barricaded himself inside of a house and threatened to burn it to the ground.

The suspect, Michael Counterman, finally submitted after police fired a non lethal munition that contains a chemical causing disorientation.
