WINDSOR HILLS, CA – A standoff with a suspect in Windsor Hills, CA turned into a demonstration of the shortcomings of a variety of non lethal weapons.  Deputies exhausted their non lethal options as they moved from bean bag rounds to tasers in a futile attempt to take down the unarmed man who didn’t seem to miss a step and casually walked away as if unaffected.  The deputies finally subdued the man by wrestling him to the ground as he struggled against a multitude of officers.
